Jen has been in the Real Estate business since March 2015. She is relationship driven and is described by her clients as knowledgeable, fun, caring, friendly, and someone who provides incredible customer service. Jen is a motivated, hard-working achiever that is passionate about serving people. These qualities quickly made her one of the top REALTORS in Lubbock selling over 90 million in production in 8 years. Jen started The Jennifer Colley Team in 2018 and has quickly grown it from one administrative assistant to 3 agents and 2 admins. Most important in Jen’s life is her relationship with Jesus, her family, and her friends. Her husband, Coby, and her have been married 19 years and they have 3 wonderful kids together, Camren, Crew, and Chandler. As a family they love entertaining and going to the lake. Karisa has been an individual Real Estate Agent since 2017 and decided to join the Jennifer Colley Team in 2020. Her favorite part of real estate is helping families live out their dreams whether it involves buying or selling homes. Her goal is to live every day on purpose and to show kindness everywhere she goes. Karisa is married to Jody and together they have five kids, Dillon, Jadyn, Jada, Rylan, and Westyn. Kendra has been a Real Estate Agent since 2011 and joined the team in 2019. She graduated from Texas Tech and was then licensed a few years later. She is passionate about serving people and loves walking buyers and sellers through some of the biggest investment decisions in their life. She is married to her husband Jacob and they have 3 children; Kaylen, Kate and Jackson. Outside of being a mom, wife and Realtor, she is involved in a local organization called BUDS (Better Understanding of Down Syndrome) and The Lucky Few-Lubbock, where she gets to help support families as they learn and celebrate their child with Down Syndrome.

Cory Neal is the Director of Operations and The Transaction Coordinator for The Jen Colley Team. Cory inputs listings, communicates with title companies and lenders, schedules inspections, makes sure all paperwork needed for a buy or sell is obtained, and takes care of any details that arise throughout the work day. When Cory is not working with The JCT, she is a busy wife to her high school sweetheart, Rob, and mom to 4 kids. She loves to travel, watch her kids play sports, read, and workout.

Haleigh Howe is the director of Marketing and Client Care. Before joining the team, she came from a teaching background so she loves the creativity her position offers. Haleigh manages all of the team's social media, creates and mails out newsletters, puts together pop-bys, plans client parties, buys and assembles closing gifts, and helps the team stay on top of following up with clients. Outside of the office, Haleigh is married to her wonderful husband, Caleb, and together they have 5 amazing children. They spend their time going to sporting events, recitals, and school activities. Haleigh loves to travel,spend time with friends, and listen to audiobooks on the go.
